A custom vinyl commission for Paper Dress Vintage to celebrate their collaboration with Spanish brewery Son Estrella Galicia.

When Paper Dress opened their current site in 2015, I painted the outside mural for the launch of the new venue, so I was thrilled to be able to design something new for them to mark this new chapter! The artwork was designed to fit a specific space behind the bar, and reflect Paper Dress as a culturally important space for grassroots music, sustainable fashion and events, whilst also incorporating Estrella Galicia’s passion for beer, positive impact and supporting new talent as fundamental pillars of the brand.

The design was printed as a custom size vinyl and looks fantastic in situ!

We worked collaboratively and remotely for the entire project - shown here is one of the photographs from the inspiration board we collaboratively put together of the brilliant Manko Sebastian modelling a 60s look during a fashion illustration workshop previously held at Paper Dress - those glasses were a big part of the design influence!
